I’m so happy to finally share Ricci Ann and Josh’s beautiful Hidden Pines wedding with all the pretty details!

Being the outdoorsy couple they are, their wedding decor DID NOT disappoint with all the beautiful greenery and bold colors.
I loved photographing all the little details from their invitation suit to Ricci Ann’s jewelry.
Ricci Ann and Josh wanted to have a first look before their ceremony – as it was going to be dark by the end of it.
The light was beautiful in the chapel, so we decided to do their first look there.
That sweet nervous wait! 🙂
I always love to be the witness to my couples “first look” reaction, full of happy tears, lots of emotions, and smiles.
After they had a moment to themselves, we continued with their couple’s portraits.
While we had the time, we also knocked the wedding party and family photos out of the way so everybody could go straight into the reception once the ceremony was over.
RK Weddings did an amazing job setting this reception space along with all the decor around the venue. In fact, everything was ready by the time I arrived and with my couple being slightly late, I was happy to get AAALLL the details in as soon as I got there! 🙂
Ceremonies after dark is kind of my favorite – it sets an entire different mood then a well lit ceremony. Yes, it is a little harder to shoot – but I love the romantic feel!
Oh and my amazing assistant Lyndsay captured this stunning birds view while Ricci Ann walked down the aisle!
Of course, I had to do at least one creative shot through the gorgeous chapel doors.
And they did it!
I always love to give my couples a few cool flashy photos in the chapel or around the venues – the Hidden Pines Chapel was perfect for this!
Time to celebrate!
Father/daughter dances will always have a special place in my heart. I’m thankful for my waterproof make-up that can withstand hurricanes because these two made me cry. A lot.
Gotta thank the amazing planner Deb for making my smoke effect happen during Ricci Ann and Josh’s private last dance! 🙂
Ricci Ann and Josh – thank you so much for allowing me and my team to be part of your celebration, your wedding day. I had a blast getting to know you two and I can’t wait to see what more life has in store for you! I wish you a beautiful life full of health, wealth, happiness and laughter!
