Thelma and Valentino said their wedding vows at the beautiful River Road Chateau. It was a beautiful sunny day with a sweet October breeze.
Thelma’s bridal details were beautifully elegant. We started by photographing her details while she got her makeup and hair done.
You could feel the excitement in the air as she got in her dress. Nick in the meanwhile was with the guys, photographing Valentino’s getting ready. Thelma and Valentino did not want to do a first look. Instead, they wanted to do a no first look letter exchange.
Although they didn’t want a first look before the ceremony, we had Thelma do a first look with her dad and it was one of the sweetest father/daughter moments to witness.

Being pro’s at playing hide and seek with our couples – we made sure Tino didn’t see his bride during this letter exchange. 🙂
River Road Chateau has a beautiful outdoor ceremony site in the woods, completed by an arch with a chandelier. The time Tino and Thelma picked for their ceremony was perfect for the lighting.
As much as doing a first look allows more photos to get done before the ceremony – I can never exchange the emotions the couple goes through when they see each other for the first time at the aisle. Most of the time happy tears are shed, and the faces of partners waiting at the end of the aisle are PRICELESS.
After their ceremony we did their newlywed couple portraits around the property.
River Road Chateau also has an open-air greenhouse for photos!
They had a night-long party with lots of laughter and fun!
Thank you so much, Thelma and Tino, for having us as part of your big day. Everything was just perfect from your ceremony to the end of the night. We wish you all the happiness, health and best life! <3
