Highland Park Couples’ Portraits

You should all know by now that I could go on and on about my couples and all the beautiful things that make them AMAZING. We really like to tell a sweet and detailed love story around here, eh? And by we, I mean me- your favorite Dallas elopement photographer and Nyx – my roommate! 🙂

But, Kayla and Chris.

Wait for it.

They met, they fell in love, and soon they’ll elope.

It sounds simple, but it’s anything but that! I like to think of this beautiful couple and their love as timeless, classic, and TO THE POINT.

Cue the Hallmark movie soundtrack: Boy and girl go to the supermarket. Boy sees girl. Boy shoves blue hydrangeas in the girl’s face to ask how they smell. Boy and girl go on a date. Boy and girl fall in love, and then they call me to snap their gorgeous engagement and pre-elopement portraits.

That’s how Kayla and Chris describe their romance, and I am not mad about it. The level of sureness is beautiful and what any couple would aspire to have with their life partner.

To top it all off, these two plan to elope and continue with the trend of only having eyes for each other, eliminating the need for anything else. I’m not sure yet where that’ll be, but here’s to wishing really hard that they’ll let me, their Dallas elopement photographer help see them through the wedding!

I can already picture just the most beautiful and intimate elopement ceremony featuring this lowkey but passionate pair.

Kayla and Chris have a love deeper than words. If your marriage and lifelong partnership look anything like these engagement portraits, you’ve got so much happiness.
