HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A BOUDOIR/EROTIC SHOOT?

The most important prep is getting in the right mindset! Remind yourself that you're a radiant being and this is all about celebrating your sensual, confident side. As for the practical stuff, get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and do whatever self-care rituals make you feel empowered and pampered.

MY PARTNER WANTS TO BE INVOLVED - IS THAT ALLOWED?

You bet! Having your partner join can add such an intimate, empowering dynamic to the photos. We can start with some playful couples shots to get comfortable, then maybe they assist with styling, or you can put on a little' private show just for them. You're totally in control of how much they're involved. Just a heads up that any nudity or explicit content with additional parties will bump us into erotic territory, but we can absolutely keep it romantic and suggestive if that's the vibe!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING FOR OUTFITS?

However much or little you want! Lingerie, bodysuits, cozy robes, button-downs, nothing at all - it's all fair game. I'd recommend packing 3-5 looks that make you feel like a total stunner, including some simple, flowy options that photograph beautifully. And don't forget accessories that make you feel saucy!

I'M NERVOUS ABOUT BEING NUDE/REVEALING THAT MUCH SKIN. HOW DO YOU MAKE CLIENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE?

Those jitters are so normal, friend! The key is that you feel safe, respected, and in control at all times. We'll go at whatever pace you're comfortable with and I'll never push you beyond your boundaries. Maybe we start with more covered-up looks or incorporate implied nudity with strategic fabric draping. We can absolutely keep it as modest as you'd like!

HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN BOUDOIR VS. EROTIC/NUDE STYLES?

Boudoir is more sensual and suggestive- and focuses on implied nudity. Erotic/nude is full nudity and more explicit. Go with what vibes you're most drawn to and comfortable expressing! You can absolutely mix and match too.

I IDENTIFY AS NON-BINARY/USE NEUTRAL PRONOUNS. HOW CAN YOU MAKE ME FEEL CELEBRATED?

My number one priority is creating an affirming, respectful environment where you feel safe to fully express yourself. I'm well-versed in using gender-neutral language and pronouns and will follow your lead on how you'd like to be referred to. Please let me know if there are any terms you'd prefer I avoid as well. I aim to highlight the beauty and sensuality of your authentic self, whatever that looks like for you!

Absolutely! Boudoir and erotic photography are for any and all gender expressions. For more masculine energies, we can absolutely play with looks that showcase your strength, edginess, and raw sensuality. Think unbuttoned shirts revealing chiseled abs, low-slung towels, moody lighting, and powerful stances. I'll guide you into poses that make you feel like an absolute boss while flattering your form. We can get as mild or as spicy as you'd like!

AS A TRANS/NON-BINARY PERSON, I'M SELF-CONSCIOUS ABOUT CERTAIN BODY AREAS. HOW DO YOU MAKE CLIENTS FEEL EMPOWERED?

You being your authentic self is the most beautiful thing, and we'll celebrate that together! I'm experienced in posing and lighting techniques that can either minimize or empower any insecurities you might have. Maybe we use strategic fabric draping, shoot from certain angles, or incorporate meaningful items that make you feel grounded in your identity. My goal is to co-create an experience that has you walking away feeling confident, desired, and radiant inside and out.

I'M SUPER AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA - HELP!

You are SO not alone! Pretty much everyone feels self-conscious when the camera first comes out. That's where I come in - my job is to guide you into feeling empowered! We'll start with easy movement prompts to loosen up, maybe sip something festive if you're into that, and just act silly together. Once the laughs flow, you'll forget I'm even there. OK, maybe not - I'm big and tall - but at least you'll forget I'm your photographer!

HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT LOCATIONS/SETS TO USE?

Maybe we start in a luxe hotel suite, then head somewhere cozy. If you've got a special meaningful spot, we could incorporate that too (as long as it's not public and we won't be flashing anyone around - lol!). Or, if you prefer to keep it simple and studio-based, I've got plenty of set options to spice things up. The key is choosing locations that make you feel empowered and 100% yourself!

HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT LOCATIONS/SETS TO USE?

For timely delivery of photos and albums, I recommend booking your session at least 3 months before your desired deadline. The typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks for your gallery after the session, and 1 more week once you approve the album design. If you're flexible on dates, we can schedule on any available day! A signed contract and payment are required to secure your slot.

WILL YOU SHARE MY PHOTOS WITH OTHERS?

Your comfort and privacy are my top priorities. You have full control over if, how, and where your intimate photos are shared. Even if you permit sharing, I will double-check with you before doing so. I aim to make this a positive, life-changing experience while ensuring you feel at ease.

DO YOU DO SAME-DAY BACK-TO-BACK BOUDOIR MARATHONS?

I'm a clean freak! I change all bedding (sheets, pillowcases) and sanitize props/surfaces between each client session. This is why I don't offer same-day "boudoir marathons" - I won't compromise on proper cleaning just to squeeze in more clients and make more money.

DO YOU OFFER A CLIENT CLOSET?

I provide sanitized props and accessories for use, but do not offer shared lingerie or clothing. I believe in respecting boundaries and would never wear someone else's intimate apparel, so I extend that same courtesy to clients.

SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOUR HAIR AND MAKE UP ARTIST?

I highly recommend professional hair and makeup artists to pamper you and complete your desired look. I've partnered with amazing DFW stylists who can match any inspirational photos you provide. Let's make you feel fabulous!

ARE YOU KINK FRIENDLY?

I'm sex-positive and comfortable incorporating props like floggers, ropes, whips, bondage, etc. I can also photograph partner scenes, as long as there are no bodily fluids, blood, cutting, or expectations of my involvement. We'll discuss boundaries beforehand to ensure we're on the same page.
