Today I have a very unique engagement session on my blog to share with the rest of you! 😉 In a little more than a month, we will be celebrating one of the cutest, most artsy-fartsy and loving couples on earth!
Austin and Heather told me they were planning a Halloween wedding (yasssss queeeeeenn!!!) and mentioned they saw my spooky work! If you don’t know what they’re talking about, click here for more info.!
I already knew we were A GREAT fit and we would have so much fun during the planning period and wedding day. They’re both metalheads (ah a couple after my heart!) and love everything German! Heather has my heart with her LOVE for all animals and Austin is a very talented and dedicated musician. I mean – anyone who knows me well would say “Girl, they’re your kind of of people!”
We did their engagement right before I took off for my vacation, the first week of August. Given the hot (very hot!) weather, we decided to do a morning sunrise session. Even then – I was already sweating like nobody else’s business, yet Heather and Austing ROCKED their attire and didn’t make it look like they were uncomfortable at all. I mean, people, that lederhosen Austin is wearing is thick leather (as the name says) and Heather’s dirndl was layer over layers. I don’t know how they managed to look so “cool and content” but they did! 😀
We started their engagement session way before the sun showed itself from behind the trees.
And as we got halfway thru the hill, the “magic golden hour” started happening.
Of course, I had to show off their attires! 😉
PROST! to the almost Mr. and Mrs. Alvis! I can’t wait to celebrate you next month at The Grove! <3
