Victor planned a stunning surprise proposal for Chassity at Rockwall Harbor. Under the guise of a quiet dinner with family, he led her on a walk toward the restaurant, not knowing that their closest friends and extended family were secretly waiting nearby. As he dropped to one knee, Chassity’s joyful “yes” sparked an eruption of cheers as everyone popped out to celebrate. The air was filled with love, excitement, and the beautiful start of their journey together.
