For any bookings that require traveling more than 2 hours, I will arrive at the destination at least one day before your wedding, photograph your even the next day, spend the night at the destination the night of the event, and travel back home the next day. The pricing includes per diem for the duration I will be away from home. Hotel and flight costs are not included. Please ask any questions you may have during our consultation.
Sessions can be used for an engagement or pre-wedding portrait session - your pick!
Sessions are only available for booking Monday through Thursday within 10 miles of my studio. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings that are less than the 4-hour local collection, an additional $2000 fee will apply to block dates. Please inquire to get a custom quote for travel engagement sessions.
Second photographers are only available when Tara Arseven is present on the premises. The Clients cannot request to have the second photographer alone.
All digitals are to be purchased separately with A la Carte bookings.
All booked hours are continuous and include any travel between locations.
All albums are ten spreads and 20 pages. Additional spreads are available from $50 per spread. Album sets are all to be identical.
All photos delivered to clients are edited to my artistic style and are cohesive with the rest of my work on my website.
The session turnaround is 2-4 weeks. Rush editing is available for $450 per session, and your gallery will be delivered within three days after your session.
The wedding turnaround is 6-8 weeks. Rush editing is available for $700 per wedding, and your gallery will be delivered within a week after your wedding.
Additional retouching for skin correction, vanishing objects/people, etc., is available for $75/per photo.
All wedding collections include traveling up to 50 miles from my studio.
A la carte sessions include traveling up to 10 miles from my studio. A travel fee of $175 will be charged for sessions beyond 10 miles of my studio.
Prices are subject to sales tax and can change without notice. Prices are only guaranteed at the time of the booking.
A signed contract and non-refundable 50% retainer are required to reserve dates.
