Engagement season is here! But it’s also that time of the year here in Texas where we never know how the weather is going to be! Yesterday was the perfect temperature with sunshine, and today it’s all dark, rainy, thundery..
If you’re like me – you’re probably going to find all things happy and joyful to brighten this dark DFW day hahaha! Well you don’t have to look any further – meet Jennifer and Mitchell!
Oh where do I start? Jennifer and Mitchell booked me last year and originally their wedding was going to be here in DFW. Jennifer is an amazing woman: she’s beautiful, super funny, an amazing friend and an amazing human in every way. After finding out she feels the same about UFI’s (unidentified flying insects) – she’s even closer to my heart! On our first phone consult we clicked instantly and I knew I wanted to be part of her big day.
Two weeks after booking, I got a phone call from Jennifer – she was worried a little bit, I could tell from her voice. She quickly started to explain that they didn’t want to do the wedding here – but they were moving it to CANCUN! And she wasn’t sure if I’d want to go with them… Pffssshhhh – she wasn’t sure if I wanted to go to Cancun, photography an amazing couple, spend some quality time with them before and after the wedding – and overall have an amazing weekend! Of course I screamed “HELL YEAH!” with joy!
