Oh, where do I begin… Stefani first found me on The Knot and we had an instant connection on our very first phone consultation. She and Mark live all the way in Houston and I didn’t get to meet her until her bridal session – but I could tell how sweet, elegant and friendly she was. Before her, I met with her family as they live VERY close to me and it was not a surprise they were so warm, friendly and welcoming – her mom, Annmarie is one of the most energetic, bubbly mom I’ve ever met in my life!
Fast forward to the day of, we started with our getting ready photos. Nick was with Mark and his groomsmen while I stayed with Stefani and her ladies. As I love doing detail shots, if my couples want them I take my time – and Stefani’s bridal details were nothing short of breathtaking. Simple, yet beautiful.

One of my favorite things to do these days is to have my couples do a first look with their wedding party. Friends rooting and sharing the joy of each other – it’s one of the sweetest things you can witness!
Stefani and Mark, it was my absolute pleasure to be there as your photographer and I absolutely loved every moment we shared. I wish you all the best and I can’t wait to see what beautiful moments life will bring for you! <3

[…] Wedding ceremonies barely ever entirely go according to plan. However, I am not sure this couple would have thought they’d forget their rings elsewhere (lol! It happens!). As the wedding photographer, I always have a free-range permit (unless it’s a church wedding). I’m pretty sure nobody noticed when I grabbed the rings and just casually handed them to one of Jamie’s bridesmaids as I made my way closer to the altar, taking photos at the same time. Everything was beautiful, emotional, and memorable. We had quite a few happy tears as they exchanged their vows. […]
