You guys! I literally have the sweetest, most adorable couples to work with! Samantha and Alec booked me not long ago for their wedding in September, and I couldn’t be more excited to FINALLY get their engagement session in!
It was a hot and humid Texas August day when we did their session; but this didn’t stop Sam and Alec from all the hugs and smooches! I probably have to warn my couples “Get ready to smooch the entire session! You’ll smooch enough to cover 5 years within an hour!” Haha!
I love to photograph the genuine emotions, interaction and connection of my couples – and it’s all even better because I click with them and can totally relate to them! When we first spoke with Sam on the phone – we literally couldn’t hang up!
This wasn’t the first time Sam and Alec was in front of the cameras – they had a jaw-dropping in-studio engagement session with their friends and thanks to them, they were READY to pose for me! <3
But of course, the fact that we “click” also helped the session to be smooth! I hope Sam is planning to keep me around after the wedding! I mean, she’s such a sweetheart, she hypes me up when I need it, she’s a graphic designer/illustrator who also has a book!!! Like… How cool is that!?

Ahh I can’t wait to FINALLY celebrate you too next Saturday! I really couldn’t get enough from our short engagement session and I’m ready to spend a whole day with you two!
