Shay and Drew found me thru our mutual friend, my amazing photographer friend Amy Zumwalt – and our connection was instant. Not only they are a gorgeous couple to work with but I’m so happy to call them friends after their wedding! 🙂 The Big Sky Event Hall is located in Royce City of Texas, has an amazing ground with a huge pond, a windmill and… COWS! Lots of them!
Shay and Drew met during their college years thru mutual friends – texting back and forth for 6 WHOLE MONTHS! Finally, one day, Shay asked Drew “When are you going to ask me on a date?” They went out a few days later and the rest is history!
Shay and Drew are one of the kindest people you can meet. They’re so loving, caring and giving for those around them. They lift you and make you happy with their existence around you. I could not have asked to have better clients!
Shay and Drew didn’t want to do a first look but instead they wanted to exchange letters and do a “no see first touch”.
This was maybe one of the most emotional moments of the day for all of us.

Once again we are thankful for waterproof makeup!
We loved the blush and sky blue color palette spread over the wedding details!
I will say, The Big Sky Event Hall is paradise for animal lovers! We just didn’t want to leave their cows – and they were VERY curious of our newlywed couple – staring at them, “moo”ing at them!
