Sam and Kaylee’s surprise proposal at Big Bend National Park was such a special experience! Sam actually found me on Google and, even knowing I’m based in Dallas, loved my work so much that he brought me all the way out to Big Bend. The plan? Disguise the session as a "regular couple's session" while I roleplayed as a new photographer building their portfolio. Kaylee had NO idea what was about to happen, and we totally got her—her reaction was everything!

After capturing some gorgeous photos of these two, Sam popped the question, and the joy on Kaylee’s face was absolutely priceless. We even hung out after the session to celebrate their big moment. Side note: EVERY SINGLE RESTAURANT in Big Bend closes early—so while we didn’t get to dine out, we still spent a few hours celebrating together before parting ways. Such an unforgettable day for such a sweet couple!
